Joe Carter Classic

Retired MLB great Joe Carter returned to Toronto to host a charity golf
tournament in support of Children's Aid Foundation.

We chose to take the audience back to the era that has made Joe an
iconic hero in Toronto, the back-to-back World Series championship
seasons of which he played a major role. Joe will forever be held up at
heroic heights by Torontonians for the series winning home run in '93.
We asked the audience to travel back to this stand out memory to let
the city know - Joe has returned. With a golf club instead of a baseball
bat, Joe returned to raise funds and support Children's Aid Foundation.

The successful tournament returned for a second year. Once again,
tapping into the crystallized memory of Joe as a member of the Toronto
Blue Jays, we selected the retro and unmistakeable Blue Jays font to take
advantage of the coincidence that the tournament would take place on
June "29" - Joe's iconic uniform number.
